Going to see my mom's attorney

We are scheduled to meet with my mom's attorney later this afternoon. My husband & I are hoping to some how speed up the process of my mom's divorce settlement. Due to supporting my mom financially, our savings account has reached down to 0. We are starting to get worried about being able to pay our own living expenses. We can apply for loans, but we do not like to go into that route. Especially when we already have a huge student loan (I, hipmommy has to repay $30,000 in student loan), car payments, house payments and etc.......If we have to, we will take out a loan but we just don't want to add any more debts into our household. This is just crazy. We just can't live like this anymore. My husband and I are so stressed out! Please pray for us everyone!!!! Thank you!
