My own California Rolls!

I made some California Rolls for my 2 good friends yesterday. It took me about 2 hours to make them but it was worth it!!!!! They were delicious:-) Just look at the picture below. My friends were so amazed that I was able to make California Rolls. I got some nice compliments on presentation of my California Rolls, too :-) My sister-in-law gave me a nice boat tray 2 years ago and I have been using it every time I cook Japanese food for friends and family. Oh don't forget, both of my friends told me that my California Rolls were delicious! It really made me feel good to see my friends enjoying my food!!! I don't know what it is but I've cooking all kinds of different food recently. I just love cooking for other people. I can't wait to cook more Japanese food for my friends again!

I don't think I could eat raw fish. As the old tv commerical ".. where I come from, that's stuff's bait". lol

Laura-Yes, I remember that
Laura-Yes, I remember that old commercial....lol Just want to let you know that not all sushi are made with raw fish. Some stuff are fully cooked. California Rolls that I made are made with imitation crab meat (cooked), fresh avocado, cucumbers, dried seaweed and rice:-) I did not use any raw fish!!!!
