Japanese Food: Okonomiyaki

I was really craving for some Japanese food today, so I decided to cook Okonomiyaki for dinner. For those who does not know Okonomiyaki, it is like a Japanese style pancake/pizza dish. Basically, you mix any ingredients you want in Okonomiyaki in a special Okonomiyaki( flour/egg/water) mix. I wanted to put a lot of stuff, but my daughter and my hubby were not thrilled about what wanted to put in Okonomiyaki, so I sticked with some chopped cabbage and shrimp as the main ingredients. Just look at my picture of my Okonomiyaki below:  Oh I almost forgot. Once Okonomiyaki was cooked, I topped with a special Japanese okonomiyaki Sauce, Japanese mayo and sprinkled some Japanese Ao Nori(dried green seaweed). I purchased all my ingredients from the online Japanese store called Maruwa.com located out in California. I love this store and Maruwa.com's customer service was awesome! If you are looking to purchase some Japanese food/ingredients I highly recommend you to visit Maruwa.com!!!!! Doesn't my Okonomiyaki look yummy?
