I want a new house

I desperately want to move to a new place and purchase a new house. Our neighborhood seemed to be turning into a bad area. Many drugs and theft problems. Plus my house is getting smaller and smaller. I want a bigger yard and getting tired of a postage stamp lot. My husband works from home, so we can pretty much move to any place, but then we get into a problem of selling our current house. With this economy and housing market crash, I don't think that we can sell our house. Even if we could, we will lose tons of money..... I need to be thankful for what I have right now, but I am getting tired of things. Maybe I am just a little depressed today. I hope that I can get out of this mood soon. Wish me luck.
