Hectic morning

Oh my, this morning was very hectic. I had to get my girls ready in the morning and plus I had to make my 1st grade daughter's lunch for her field trip. I woke up early, but time really goes by fast. Before I know it, it was 8:00a.m. I quickly packed all her lunch, dashed upstairs to help her with her hair and off she went on the bus. My husband usually takes her to the bus stop, so at least I did not have to walk her to the bus stop. I just like my every day routine where I do not have to rush. I do enjoy making her special lunch, but with a toddler running around, it is a bit hectic. Anyways, I'm back to my normal routine taking care of my little one now. She has been interested in Elmo lately, so she is currently watching TV. Finally I can get some work done around here!!!

PlayStation®Move!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of PlayStation MOVE. All opinions are 100% mine.

I am excited to let my readers know that new PlayStation®Move is now available. This is a combination of PlayStation®3 system, the PlayStation®Eye camera and the PlayStation®Move motion controller that will allow you to have more control over how you play your games. The PlayStation®Move will capture/detects your full motion while you are playing your game(s). If you were to play one of the sporting games such as golf, you will swing your controller as if you were swinging a real golf club. It is a realistic gaming experience that you can experience with your whole entire family. If a little genie appeared and game me and my family the PlayStation® Move, it will change our game nights into more fun and exciting nights. In the past we would sit around and play games with no movements, but now we can actually play games that will allow us to move around and be more competitive. Pretty soon, the cold weather will come on our way. The PlayStation®Move will give our family a perfect opportunity to exercise during a long winter months. Our family love bowling, but since our youngest daughter is so small, we really can't go to a bowling alley. For that reason, I am very interested in playing PlayStation®Move's Brunswick Pro Bowling game. It will give us a realistic feeling of playing bowling game right in our own game room down in our basement. We have fun at our own home after our youngest daughter goes to sleep. In addition, PlayStation®Move's controller seems to be easily handled and it comes with a safety strap. Another nice thing about the PlayStation®Move is that you can bring motion gaming entirely to your current PlayStation®3 for just $99 with the MOVE bundle package! Great deal right? If you are looking into more actions on your games, get your PlayStation®Move today!

Field Trip Day

My oldest daughter's school is having a field trip day tomorrow. She is very excited, but I'm a bit worried. There was an option to chaperon, but because I have no one to watch my little one, I had to decline. I hope that my daughter enjoys her trip tomorrow. Only bad thing about this trip is that I have to wake up early in the morning to prepare her lunch. She has been buying lunch at school, so this will be my first attempt to prepare her a sack lunch. I wanted to make this very special, so I've already decorated a brown bag for her. She has already seen it and I got a big smile from her. She can't wait until tomorrow. I hope that weather turns nice tomorrow and my daughter can have a lot of fun with her classmates.

quiet afternoon

Oh my, this house is being too quiet this afternoon. My youngest daughter has been taking an extra long nap. I am happy that it is very quiet, but at the same time, it is kind of weird. I am so used to the background noises, so I am starting to feel like I do not know what to do with myself. I guess that is why I'm taking this time to blog. I love blogging and wish I had more time working on my blog. My youngest daughter is down to one nap a day now, so I really don't have much time for myself. As always, my mind is running 100 miles an hour thinking about blogging ideas, product ideas and so on.... but I just don't have enough time to execute my thoughts. Why do we need to sleep? I wish I can stay up 24/7 and be able to do it all. I can only dream about it, right?

Bright Beginnings

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of PBM Products. All opinions are 100% mine.

There is a brand name infant formula called Bright Beginnings from Parent's Choice. They recently came up with the new can design and I love it. The design of the can looks very bright. If you are looking to supplement your baby's nutrition with an infant formula, I would suggest to look into Bright Beginnings. The Bridght Beginings offers all types of infant's formulas, such as Organic milk-based formula, milk-based formula with DHA and so on. I am personally impressed with its organic milk-based formula. We have so much harmful things in our foods now a days and it is good to know that Bridght Beginings offers organic milk-based formula that is made without any potentially harmful pesticides, added growth hormones or antibiotics. Not only that it includes the lipids DHA and ARA that are found naturally in breast milk that are very important for babies' development. If you are not familiar with DHA and ARA, those are the very important components that are found in breast milk that help babies with their mental and visual development. This formula is also provides the more easily to digest whey protein to the babies just like breast milk. Again, if you are searching for good source of an infant formula, try some Bright Beginnings available at diapers.com today.

Playdate

My oldest daughter had a playdate yesterday for 3 hours. We went to visit a boy from her kindergarden class. They were so cute playing together. I guess this boy is my daughter's first boy friend.... I know that my husband does not want to hear it, but my daughter keeps telling me that this boy is special. They played board games and swam. My daughter had a great time visiting him. When it was time to leave, she did not want to leave.... I had tough time getting her ready to go back home, but as soon as I said we are coming back again, she was okay with it. I can't believe that my little girl is growing up so fast.

Spinning around...

My 16 months old has been spinning around like crazy. She eventually gets dizzy, but she gets up and wants to try to spin around over and over again. It just funny watching her do that  I wonder what she is thinking while she is spinning around. I wish she can talk. It is amazing to see many things that she learned to do in the past few months. I always say that it is hard taking care of her, but at the same time I am blessed to be able to watch her grow up. It is also nice that my husband works from home and be able to spend time with the girls when he is not busy with his work. I have to be more thankful of what I have and enjoy my life

Busy summer!

I feel like a taxi driver and I've been so busy taking my oldest daughter to places. Ever since my daughter's summer vacation started, I have been non stop just driving her around. Library events, piano lessons, softball games, play-dates and etc. Not only that I have a 16 months old who likes to run. My little one does not want to be strapped in a stroller. Even in the library, I am chasing her like crazy. I can't wait for her to turn to a reasonable age. I usually take her to the lapsit story time, but of course she is not interested in books at all. It will be a busy summer and I still have a long months a head of me before school starts again. Being busy is a good thing, but I am not get anything done at all. I have so much freelance work to do and only have so little time... Wish me luck.

Softball Game

Another weekend of my oldest daughter's soft game today. We have been busy for the past weekends. Sometimes we have a softball game, birthday party to go to and piano group lessons all in one Saturday. My husband is an assistant coach, so it makes it more fun for my daughter. But my husband gets so worn out. It is a coaches pitch softball, so when the head coach is not there, my husband has to pitch. He said that pitching is hard. My husband will be pitching today. I wish I can go to the game, but with 16 months toddler running around, I really can't enjoy the game. I try that at the last few games and it was a disaster. My little one won't sit in a stroller, she likes to run away from me and it was constant running around. I can't wait for her to turn to a reasonable age. I hope that my oldest one is going to have a fun and great game today!

Crazy schedule

I have been non stop for the past few weeks. Painting in the living room that I started last weekend is half way done. My living room is a mess. I hate looking at it, but with my oldest girl's busy schedule, I really don't have the time to finish it up. I never thought that her kindergarten, piano lessons and softball games take up so much time out of me. On top of that I have to take care of my 15 months old. My little one is active and she is getting into stuff all the time. Today, she mastered to climb up on a chair to get up on my bed..... I am hoping that I get a little break on Mother's Day, but it may not happen. Wish me luck.

softball game night

My oldest daughter has been playing softball since past March and tonight was her second game. It is very fun to watch 5 & 6 year old kids playing softball. They are so cute. My daughter did well tonight and I am very proud of her. It is so amazing the fact that she is handling half-day kindergarten, piano lessons and softball. She is asking to do more activities, but I told her that for now, we are sticking with piano and softball.

Nap time

My youngest one finally went down to take her afternoon nap. Ever since she turned 1 year old, it is getting difficult to make her take a nap. I miss the days that she used to take 2 naps a day. My life with a 1 year old is tough, but at least I have a 5 year old daughter helping me out every once in a while. My two girls are 5 years a part, but they play so well together. My oldest is so gentle and takes a good care of her baby sister when it comes to playing. Oh and I have been going through some crazy schedule as well. My oldest one plays piano and softball now, so my husband and I have been driving her around to get to her piano lessons and her piano practices. I don't know how we are going to do it, but this summer she wants to take some art lessons & swimming lessons as well. It will be a one crazy summer for us. I hope that I can keep up with my daughter's schedule.

Kids' TV shows again!!!!

When my oldest daughter start going to school, I thought that I was done with kids' TV shows, but NO I was wrong. My youngest daughter is just over 1 year old and starting to have some interest in Kids' TV shows! Once again I am doomed. I will be hearing the purple dinosaur, cute little red monster and so on..... Right now I hear cookie monster and big bird! Ahhhhh, I can't wait for my little one to start going to school! I have at least 2 more years until she start going to pre-school. Oh well, I just have to think positive and try to enjoy spending one on one time with my little one.

Busy morning

I woke up late this morning.... which means rest of my family woke up late as well. We went to bed way too late yesterday and I had a hard time waking up my oldest daughter for school this morning. She took all her time and did not wake up. I finally told her that "she is not going to school!" then she got up right away. She loves her kindergarten class and does not want to miss a day. Then as I was ready to cook breakfast, my youngest one decided to have a huge messy diaper moment. Why does everything happen when I am in a rush? I was so disorganized and thrown in a different direction. Anyways, at least my oldest did not miss her school bus. I'm gonna have to work on my kids to go to bed at 7:30p.m. this evening. Wish me luck to have a normal morning tomorrow!

"Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel"

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Alvin and the Chipmunks. All opinions are 100% mine.

Great news for parents and their kids! Did you know that "Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel" is now available on DVD, Blu-ray and Digital Download? If you buy it now, the movie will bring fun for all of the family. Its one of those films where you don't have to worry about the content. The DVD even has extra sing along songs for the kids. Warning: It could be dangerous listening to the singing over and over in the car. We went and saw the movie as a family when it was in the theaters. It was a nice family-time evening. We went to McDonalds and then went onto the movies. The kids enjoyed the movie a lot. My daugther has been bugging me to pick up the DVD for the home as well. We will probably do a Friday evening movie night with popcorn and watch the movie again as a family. She thought that the characters were cute and laughed a lot through the movie. She asked me how I knew the characters in the movie and I told her that I remember watching the cartoon on the TV as a kid growing up. The graphics are much better now, but the chipmunks are just as cute and cuddly as ever. If you have a few minutes, create More Munk Mayhem at the their website. The website is friendly for the kids and my daughter enjoyed using it to create more girl chipmunk characters.

Getting sick....

Oh my, I really have been busy taking care of my two kids...  My 5 year old came home sick from school the other day. Runny nose, cough and so on. Thank God she has no fever though. My oldest one always get sick first. Now my little baby girl is also catching a cold and so as my husband. I am starting to feel tired... I might be getting sick soon as well..... This is just draining. Wish me luck that I do not catch a cold. Thanks!

Story time at the mall

I am getting ready to go out this morning to the mall. Our local library offers a story time on first Friday of every month at the mall's play area. I have been taking advantage of this program.  I think that it is a great program for my daughter and it gets me out of the house to socialize with other moms. Today, we are meeting with my daughter friend and her mom from the pre-school. My daughter is very excited and she has been bugging about it since 7:00a.m. this morning. I just need to finish up one more small work on my freelance stuff and heading out to the mall
