My friend just had a baby a few months ago. Though her blog, I just found out that her precious baby is going though a bad case of diaper rash. My friend has been trying many type of diaper rash cream out there, but not seeing a good result. Poor baby is suffering though it. I myself had to go through the same problem with my 2 kids, so I know what my friend is going through. My 1 year old daughter has been dealing with diaper rash problems for the last few weeks. I've tried two major brands so far and I only see a small improvement. Today, I came across with a product called Boudreaux’s Butt Paste®. As I read information about this paste on its website, it made me realize that I need to try this product for my baby.
Boudreaux’s Butt Paste® 's information impressed me the fact that it is recommended by pediatrician and it is easy to use. It claims that it goes on and cleans off easily, just what I have been looking for in a diaper rash paste. It also provides protection for the baby's delicate skin. It contains 16% Zinc Oxide and peruvian balsam that soothes the irritated skin condition known as a diaper rash that many babies experience. The paste comes in very convenient sizes of 1oz, 2oz, 3oz and 4oz tubes, 16oz jar and single foil pack. Right now, Boudreaux’s Butt Paste is offering a free sample of its product at its website. I am going to order my free sample and will give it a try. If your precious baby is suffering from a diaper rash, I suggest you to visit the site http://www.blairex.com/BLButtPaste.php and get your own free sample as well.
In addition to the information I read on the website, I believe that this product is authentic because Boudreaux’s Butt Paste® has been featured on the following TV shows as well:
Oprah Show
Tonight Show
Today Show
People Magazine
ESPN
While You Were Out TLC

The Baby Grands CD
Posted March 31st, 2009 by hipmommy
I had an opportunity to listen to the CD of The Baby Grands today. The Baby Grands is a musical trio based in Atlanta. Their members are Donn Todd, Ben Rowell and Marc Castelo. These guys came up with cool songs that are fun for both kids and adults. It is not the typical children's CD that drives parents crazy during a long car ride. I was listening to this CD with my daughter in my car and was pretty pleased with the music. My two daughters and I enjoyed listening every song that was on the CD. Our favorite song so far is called “Sugar Makes Me Logo”.
These guys are parents themselves so I think they really captured what other parents were looking for in children's music. The Baby Grands songs are fun & inspirational. I highly recommend this CD to the other moms and dads out there. If you would like to hear some samples, visit www.thebabygrands.com! In addition, a portion of The Baby Grands' CD profits will go towards organ donor organizations. I hope that everyone enjoys The Baby Grands as much as I do! Enjoy
It's a Girl!
Posted February 22nd, 2009 by hipmommyYes, it's a healthy baby girl!
My baby girl was born on Tuesday, February 10, 2009. She weighed 7 lb. 1 oz. and 21 inches long. I wanted to write about my baby right away on this blog, but I was not able to do anything due to a spinal headache that was caused by my epidural during the delivery
. I had an extra procedure done called an epidural blood patch one day after the delivery to correct the problem. I was also told by my anesthesiologist not to do much for a few days after this procedure was done. The epidural blood patch was very painful, but it was an instant fix for my headache. It was worth having the procedure done. I never want to experience that headache again. My oldest daughter has been very happy having her little sister around and she has been a big helper for both me and my husband. My oldest became sick 2 days after my baby and I came home but she is recovering and getting well. With the oldest being sick and us taking care of our new baby, our household has been going crazy. Overall, we are quickly adjusting to our new life. It's been 12 days since my baby was born and I am finally starting to feel like I have more energy to do stuff.
10 days to go
Posted January 26th, 2009 by hipmommyMy gosh, I only have 10 more days to go until my due date. I never thought that this day would ever come. For those of you who have been sending me emails, I am truly sorry for not replying..... I have been very sick with this pregnancy and I just can't keep up with the amount of email that I receive each day. Two weeks ago, I basically failed my non-stress test and I was sent right to the hospital for extra monitoring. Thank God that there was nothing wrong with the baby and I was released within 2 hours. I am still battling with anemia & gestational diabetes and I just can't wait this whole pregnancy to be over. Wish me luck everyone for me to have a healthy baby soon. Thanks!
